Automatic degreasing of steel parts

It is suitable for products with a diameter of up to 115 cm and a maximum height of 73 cm. Storm 1 degreasing agent is added to the bath, preparing the surface for further treatments.

Powder coating

Our paint shop is equipped with a painting booth and curing oven from Galatek. The largest painted parts are limited by the size of the oven: 160 x 170 x 230 cm (w-h-d).

Spraying

We offer surface treatment by spraying. The equipment has two turbines that can be controlled independently with a potentiometer to set the optimal pressure according to the material, ensuring even spraying of products. The equipment uses round, sharp-edged blasting media with a high carbon content called Amasteel.

The maximum part size for spraying is 160 x 190 cm.
